Introduction
On my recent trip to Las Vegas, I had some time to kill on Friday morning. Shari and her mom had to pack and get ready and that is usually at least an hour long task, so I took the opportunity to venture out on the strip. I didn't want to run, with my marathon less than 24 hours away, so I threw on some clothes and headed with the goal of hitting the Bellagio to check out the gardens.
The Strip
I headed out of the Mirage and headed south on the strip. It was about 6:45am and it was still pretty dark out. It was also raining a bit.
There was hardly anyone out at that hour except for a few cussing drunks and a few runners. It gave me a great opportunity to snap a few pictures while the casinos' lights were still on.

After making it to the Bellagio, I quickly made my way to the near empty casino to the gardens. They were celebrating the Chinese New Year. I pretty much had the place to myself, which gave me a great opportunity to take some pictures:
